The 2012 “16 For 16” charity digital EP
The Pixel Project’s first ever “16 For 16” digital EP includes 5 uplifting songs with positive messages against violence against women.
The EP is headlined by AHMIR – YouTube’s #1 R&B group and The Pixel Project’s YouTube Music Ambassador – with their cover of ‘The Rose’:
Pete Ahonen – Folk-Rock Singer-songwriter and Lost Monkey Records artiste from the USA with “A Day Will Come”:
Sarah Carpio – Pop Singer-songwriter and anti-human trafficking activist from Mexico with “Break Free”, an original song written in collaboration with anti-Human Trafficking activist and poet, Jide Meg Nezaj:
The Other People – Pop-Rock band from India and winner of our Fall 2012 YouTube Cover Carnival with their version of Kelly Clarkson’s “Dark Side”:
Tony O’Malley – Jazz-Pop singer-songwriter and pianist from the UK with his song “Nicoletta” written to speak out against domestic violence after witnessing his friend and her daughter go through it.
